Completed the cold storage room provided by the Agriculture Project

An important step of the Agriculture Project, in collaboration with the "Il Mondo di Chicca Onlus” Foundation, was concluded last April 21.

In fact, on the occasion of the end of Ramadan, a Cold Room was unveiled at the Uzamaki Cooperative in Pemba Island (Zanzibar Archipelago-Tanzania).

The Cold Room was designed and built to allow fruit and vegetable products to be stored at a temperature between 3 and 8 degrees.

This project aims to promote an improvement not only in the living conditions of local people, but also greater environmental protection through sustainable development of the entire agricultural sector.
