POLLO<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Posizionare i pezzi di <strong>pollo<\/strong> in una padella profonda, <\/li><li>Aggiungere un cucchiaio da tavola colmo di <strong>zenzero tritato<\/strong>, un cucchiaio d\u2019<strong>aglio tritato<\/strong>, un cucchiaio di <strong>sale<\/strong>, un cucchiaio di<strong> polvere di pepe nero<\/strong> e 4 <strong>bicchieri d\u2019acqua.<\/strong><\/li><li>Cuocere a fuoco lento per 15 minuti, <\/li><li>Tirare fuori il <strong>pollo<\/strong> e tenere da parte un po&#8217; di <strong>brodo<\/strong> per la cottura il <strong>riso pilaf<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Dal momento che il <strong>pollo<\/strong> dovr\u00e0 completare poi la sua cottura insieme al <strong>riso<\/strong>, in questa prima fase \u00e8 importante che la cottura del <strong>pollo<\/strong> non vada oltre i 15 minuti a fuoco lento perch\u00e9 in alternativa si correr\u00e0 il rischio che perda di gradevolezza diventando duro e nervoso<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr RISO<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Lavare bene il <strong>riso<\/strong> e lasciarlo in ammollo per circa 30 minuti<\/li><li>Per la cottura del <strong>Riso Pilaf <\/strong>versate circa un bicchiere e un quarto d\u2019acqua per ogni porzione di <strong>riso<\/strong> <\/li><li><strong>Cuocere il riso<\/strong> nel brodo regolandolo aggiungendo dell\u2019acqua se necessario.<\/li><li>Se il riso richiede pi\u00f9 acqua provvedere di conseguenza, <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" FINALE<br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Occorre prestare attenzione nella selezione della padella giusta tenendo  presente che il <strong>riso<\/strong> dopo la cottura raddoppier\u00e0 di volume e il <strong>pollo<\/strong> e <strong>le patate<\/strong> andranno posizionate nella stessa padella, pertanto serve una padella che sia grande a sufficienza per contenere tutto.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Posare una padella sul fuoco, <\/li><li>Una volta che la padella \u00e8 calda alzare leggermente la fiamma e aggiungere dell\u2019<strong>olio<\/strong>. In seguito aggiungere le <strong>spezie<\/strong> intere: <strong>cumino, cardamomo, pepe, chiodi di garofano.<\/strong><\/li><li>Quando l\u2019<strong>olio<\/strong> comincia a borbottare aggiungere i pezzi di <strong>cipolla<\/strong> tagliata, e friggerli fino a quando non saranno significatamene dorati e mescolateli con un cucchiaio di legno.<\/li><li>In fine aggiungere prima le <strong>patate<\/strong>, poi la polvere di c<strong>urcuma e cumino e coriandolo.<\/strong><\/li><li>Lasciare friggere per pochi minuti, poi aggiungere il <strong>pat\u00e9 d\u2019aglio <\/strong>e un po&#8217; di <strong>coriandolo tritato.<\/strong> Aggiungere il <strong>pollo<\/strong> lessato e mescolare tutto insieme per pochi minuti in modo tale che il <strong>pollo<\/strong> possa essere cotto con tutti gli aromi, infine aggiungere il <strong>brodo<\/strong> e del <strong>sale<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Lasciare cuocere il <strong>brodo<\/strong> e assaggiare per controllare la salatura, <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Occorre tenere conto che il <strong>riso<\/strong> avr\u00e0 bisogno a sua volta di essere salato quando avr\u00e0 completato la sua cottura nel <strong>brodo<\/strong>, pertanto se il <strong>sale<\/strong> a questo punto risulta giusto giusto, \u00e8 probabile che occorra aggiungerne ancora un pochino, in modo tale che il <strong>brodo<\/strong> risulti abbastanza salato, senza esagerare..<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Quando l\u2019<strong>acqua<\/strong> comincer\u00e0 a bollire, scolare il <strong>riso<\/strong>, che dovrebbe esser gi\u00e0 stato a bagno per circa mezz\u2019ora  e aggiungere il <strong>riso<\/strong> al tutto.<\/li><li>Cospargere un po&#8217; di <strong>coriandolo<\/strong> su questo e mescolate un po&#8217;. <\/li><li>Lasciare cuocere a fuoco alto per circa 2 o 3 minuti, poi ridurre il fuoco e continuare la cottura, fino a quando l\u2019acqua diminuir\u00e0.<\/li><li>Mescolare di tanto in tanto e assicurarsi che il <strong>riso<\/strong> sia cotto uniformemente e perfettamente.<\/li><li>Una volta che nel <strong>riso<\/strong> \u00e8 rimasta  davvero poca <strong>acqua<\/strong> ridurre la fiamma al punto minimo e chiudere bene la padella.<\/li><li>Lasciare che il <strong>riso<\/strong> continui la cottura con fuoco minimo per 10 minuti buoni; <\/li><li>Infine, spegnere e style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Put the <strong>chicken<\/strong> pieces in a deep pan,<\/li><li>Add 1 tsp <strong>ginger paste,<\/strong> 1 tsp <strong>garlic paste<\/strong>, 1 tsp <strong>salt<\/strong>, 1 tsp <strong>black pepper powder <\/strong>and 4 cups of <strong>water<\/strong>.  <\/li><li>Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.   <\/li><li>Drain out the <strong>chicken<\/strong> and reserve some soup for the <strong>pilau<\/strong>.  <\/li><li>The <strong>chicken<\/strong> will cook some more in the pilau so don&#8217;t be tempted to cook it any longer than 15 minutes on low heat, otherwise it will end up being tough and stringy. Turn on the heat and once the pan is hot, add the <strong>oil.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Place a pan on the stove.  <\/li><li>Once they splutter in the <strong>oil<\/strong>, add your <strong>chopped onions.<\/strong> Fry them until they are slightly golden, stirring with a wooden spoon. Then add the <strong>potatoes<\/strong> followed by the <strong>turmeric<\/strong> and <strong>cumin\/coriander powder<\/strong>. <\/li><li>Let these fry for a few minutes, then add the<strong> garlic paste<\/strong> and a bit of <strong>chopped coriander.<\/strong><\/li><li>Add in the <strong>boiled chicken <\/strong>and stir everything together for a few minutes so that the <strong>chicken<\/strong> gets coated with all the <strong>spices<\/strong>, <\/li><li>Add the measured soup and some <strong>salt<\/strong>. <\/li><li>Let the stock simmer and taste for the <strong>salt<\/strong>. You should be able to feel the saltiness. If it feels just right, it means you have too little. <\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Remember that the <strong>rice<\/strong> will need some <strong>salt<\/strong> too once it goes in there, so let it be a tiny bit saltier than you would want. Not too much of course!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>When the water starts boiling, drain your <strong>rice<\/strong> (which should have been pre-soaked for about half an hour) and add this <strong>rice<\/strong> to the mixture. Sprinkle a bit of <strong>coriander<\/strong> on this, and stir a little. Let this cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes then reduce the heat to medium and keep cooking it whilst covered until the water diminishes, giving it a stir every now and then to make sure all the <strong>rice<\/strong> is cooked evenly and perfectly.<\/li><li>Once you find there is very little water left in the <strong>rice<\/strong>, reduce the heat to the lowest point possible. Seal your pan by using a tight cover <\/li><li>Leave the <strong>rice<\/strong> to continue steaming on very low heat for a good 10 mins.
